A train arriving in two minutes becomes one arriving in ten, then it counts down to two then just shoot back up to arriving in 14 minutes. We have lots of good coastal cities, and even inland regional towns. Anywhere north of Brisbane is like $200k for a house, Toowoomba's not far off, and of course there's plenty of land around those areas too. The problem's economic opportunities in those areas, the government is offering some help but maybe there needs to be some more incentives for private businesses too.
