Since the Party has some legal power, these individuals can be defended in the courts if they're caught. Of course acts of vandalism are not good for a movement. Instead the movement should focus on creating political capital in local communities and organizing people against the System.
As the System collapses, the "American Dawn Party" already will have some local power with which to fill the vacuum left by the collapsing establishment System.
People respect authority. That hasn't changed at all since the dawn of mankind. And in times of chaos, the lemmings will naturally drift towards supporting established organizations. After all, only those who are organized already can possibly protect them in times of need.
