I had a consversation about this a long time ago. Some people were convinced that their "redpilled" friends in the military and police would be a help in the long run, but I think there's an inevitable conflict that will happen.
The civnat cucks will want to win quickly and stop violence as soon as the immediate kikery is manageable. But the more committed will want to win forever, and will obviously advocate continued effort until unequivocal victory. This conflict will cause problems because people in the former camp will either stop fighting, or do things to hinder the latter because they will perceive further action as cruel or unnecessary.

If memory serves it has to do with how thumbnails are implemented. You do something like this by taking an image you want to show in the thumbnail and raising its brightness (gamma), this image will take up all the odd pixels (for example). You will then need to take up all the even pixels with the image you want to show when it is clicked, this image will need to have a lowered brightness (gamma). This way when it is shown in thumbnail it will be one image, and then when you click it the image changes to the other image. We can't really reach them. The only option is to build up strong men, and one day have some organizational strength. It subtly outlines important concepts such as the legals and underground aspect, how a network of people who live normal lives are integral for supporting the operational section who participate in actions.

A solution to this, would be to have people separate and live in places with people who have the same ideal system. The problem with this, is that people won't want to move. Imagine how you'd feel if you were going to be living inside a Communist territory? This method carries the risk of that happening and people don't see the need to take that risk. Another problem is that where I live (West Australia) people can't survive unless they work for a corporation. Perhaps we could unite and force a change in the structure of corporations (Requiring us to defend ourselves from the police onslaught and their attempts to quarantine supply routes) but the reformed business would need someone to sell its goods & services to. They could be made illegal by governments who still have a hold on the populace. We would need to set up a supply-line between these illegal businesses, to keep them afloat.
This all sounds like a lot of work and due to our lemming apathy (Revolution is a spectators sport ~ George Lincoln Rockwell), unless we have a to-do list, set dates, and contingency plans, then its just going to be talk and no action. Much like Holla Forums itself unfortunately.

2) You all need to stockpile firearms and ammo, medical supplies, and food. These are the bare essentials for waging any sort of real world warfare. You won't get anything done if you're hungry, bleeding, and unarmed. Buy more guns and ammo than you'll ever need. It's not like they expire, and someone else will need those weapons and supplies down the road.
3) Find two other white men that you know and trust. Not online buddies or some guy you met at a rally. They might be feds. You need to find two men that you hang out with outside of any activism or work related stuff. Not only is it important for your overall mental health to have friends you like being around, but you need to have men you can depend on to save your ass in tough situations. Keep no secrets from them. They should expect the same from you. Both you and these men should be somewhat physically fit. Most men are. Even those who are overweight and don't exercise much are naturally stronger than they think they are. If you can make it up a flight of stairs without exhausting yourself and if you can hold a rifle, you're fit for combat. Teamwork is key. The more people you have fighting with you, the better chance you stand against your enemies.
