I guess you could make like a monthly strike system and once you fuck up enough over a certain timeperiod you'll get the axe. The strikes could either be private to the "admins", public but without reasons for the strikes or public with reasons. You could also hide the admins to avoid them being sucked off at every turn by having one or two accounts with the ability to give people the boot that the "admin team" would have an access to. Obviously if you flaunted that you were an admin you'd get your position removed. I think the main objective is to prevent tyrannical admins and power abuse and that can only be prevented by having a group of people in charge rather than one or two. Could also have good old fashioned trialling system where you need to not be a faggot for a few weeks or something. You'd still need to get rid of a few people that can keep themselves in check for those weeks and explode after that but it would probably sort out most of them and be an easier task.

Then again we really want to think how much of a safespace we want the guild to be. Everyone's going to be triggered by something so is someone going to get kicked for not agreeing on someone elses politics for example since this imageboard has a constant politcal undertone to fucking everything even on Holla Forums.
