It's shit. I hit 4k after 2.5k hours and I can say I didnt enjoy it. It's easy cheap entertainment to kill time and keep your mind busy, but not enjoyable
Looking at it now from outside the box, the entire game's retarded. Arbitrary rules built one after the other to build a stable game, it evolved into a strange kind of game where there is 'skill' involved, but it's an absurd kind of skill. Plus it relies on your team, even if they're good players, you wont have a decent level of coordination with 4 strangers and you'll only win if the other team is shit. Any other multiplayer game I've tried, shooters, rts, fighting, have been more entertaining. My advice, try to stop playing, on less than a month you'll be thankful

Since pudge is a good roamer, I pretty much stomped the early game and had too much flesh heap points.

S2 became Frostburn pretty much. Not the item ingame, but as a new entity. In reality, it's all the same (shitty) developers with no knowledge of the game and have no idea what they're doing.
Even a broken clock is right once or twice. So they have done some good things to the game. One being adding a intelligence version of icebrand/firebrand (Sange and Yasha) that has gone through bazillion iterations and changes. Now it adds extra damage for one attack based on mana spent on a skill. And made a int-version of an upgraded version (like eye of skadi for str and whatever it's called for agi).
However, they went through their piece of shit known as Strife, which is horrible and pretty much dead (no idea if it's officially dead or kept alive by 5 whales). Their "genious" thing was personal courier. So now everyone in HoN have their own immortal courier that is flying out at max speed by default and flies back really slowly.
It kind of messed up the dynamic, and it also added a new element of frustration since you can't micromanage it if you have more then 6 items in total without hating your guts.

Dota was ruined by competitive fags, and it will be shit until those people live. Once the MOBA craze stops (probably pretty soon thanks to Crapcunts), then maybe dota will go back to being a fun game like back in the days of Diretide.

Rubberbanding isn't fun because you didn't earn anything. Its instant gratification and nothing matters because "lol we can just come back no matter what".
