If a prole revolution succeeded in the nucleus of the capitalist world (US, EU, Japan, etc) but had definitely failed elsewhere, would a revolutionary war against the countries stil carrying the "old system" be justifiable?
Assume that things like capital flight and brain drain were happening, and assume that the socialist world was in ruins following the revolution, which meant the threat of a restored capitalist world order was real if they had time to organize.
