I think sometimes people can't disconnect the whole #fuckonami thing with Konami. The suits and higher ups are dirtbags, the actual game devs? not so much.
Not all them had rockstar personality pull like Kojima to jump ship and land a paying job straight away. A lot of folks from Hudson, Castlevania and contra developers and so on are still working at Konami. They were just never the big names and in some cases stuck in mobile game or konami gym/casino purgatory for years.

Its honestly why i'm willing to give survive a chance. Rumours suggest most of the team working on it are the MGS3 guys that didnt leave with Kojima and seeing things like in field first aid, scavenging for food and so on are coming back it seems legit.

I'll shit on the not-yakuza Konami CEO's anyday but the ones making can blame most of their fuck ups on changes from on high, not dev incompetence.

I think its just hard to sustain interesting in objectives like team king of the hill or deathmatch stuff in Metal Gear. Theres far more autists that want to ghost through than go Liam tier gun jumping and vs isn't as appealing as Co-op.

The Metal Gear team was ordered to ship unfinished, nobody forced them to make lord of shadows 2. That was entirely a dev team thinking 'this is what castlevania should be, everyone hated it already but maybe a second go is all it needs?'

Then Bloodborne comes along and it shows you can very easily do a 3d Castlevania.

Shit capcom did it with the first Devil May Cry.

the game consistently crashes during the cutscene for the prolouge. You can do it, then download a save that has it skipped, or just download a save that has it skipped and then just replay the mission.
The timezone thing was fucking annoying. God damn, how much does it sell for these days on steam? My PC cant play any games currently due to hardware failing but I don't think it went on sale during the Halloween sale. It depends, the game has had some major post Kojima overhauls. Theres now a metric asston of super expensive OP things to develop that took some people like 9 months to 100% like Ocelots Revolver with bouncing bullets. There is a list of challenges like "headshot 100 guys, 200000 GMP", new online missions for your guys that take way longer but will be like "4 days to complete: 4 million GMP and 5 S++ soldiers", also S++ is now a thing to collect.
Theres tons of new items and systems, its just such a shame theres no new missions, probably the biggest reason why i'm open to picking up survive at some point, i need new missions and co-op makes it all the better.

swimsuits take a week once you choose to develop them. But when theyre developing nothing can remove it so even if the event ends you're fine. Each event goes for 2 weeks before a new one starts. its also when the virtual pf battles cycle.

I start at the R&D platform, take out 5 guys on that platform and fulton like 8 crates of supplys then use a silenced tranq rifle to take out all the guards on the main strut facing you, run into the middle and up the stairs, climb a pipe to get on top, tranq the two guards on top and run in the door for 10,000 points and the bikinis at 7000 pts each.

Theres a video guide out by a true pervert sage. One mission to rescue a hostage always has the hostage be a random female soldier. You go in fulton her and rest to checkpoint or something, its been a while but you keep doing it and cycle out the ones with shit stats till you have a 1000 soldier tomboy harem THAT DOES NOT SPEAK KIKONGO.

Yeah that's too much for me in games where you build your own army though I always try to build an all female harem. Still no game that lets the MC be a lady as well so I can rule my army with lezdom.

You can do that in fallout 4

Just use cheatengine to change all your best soldiers to female. You can even pick the face you want, they can still randomly have asthma though.
