I'm not sure the low Japanese birthrate things is even true anyway. I'm currently working in Japan (I was a MGTOW purple pill, saving to go back) and the schools here are HUGE, and full. I work in one with two wings of four storeys each, and each homeroom (three floors of one wing, the others are offices or specialist rooms) class has 15-20 kids. AND there's another school for the same age group within walking distance (I and loads of students for both come on the same train) which has even MORE kids. I've seen a shitload of twins, too. Whenever I taught young children in my older job, with the mom in the room, she'd often have a baby in her arms as well, and another on the way, if not both.
And these kids are all Yamato, and the biggest minority are third-generation Koreans shitting out the fourth generation, and so are basically only Koreans on paper by this point (I believe the two races are pretty much identical genetically, but I was told that by somebody at a (((university))) ).

They do have birth rate issues from a gdp growth perspective, not from a national health perspectice. As long as they don't let in foreigners in large numbers they'll be fine. It'll balance out.
