It's bad because you become a wageslave on behalf of your family; you become completely responsible for the sustenance of not only yourself, but also 2+ people who don't really do anything productive with their time, specially now that technology made house chores into simple "push the button" tasks. On average, companies prefer to hire married men with kids because they're more willing to agree with low pay, high work hours, and generally bullshit workplace conditions like unreasonable dress codes, mandatory sensitivy program, and other stuff managers use as data points for their own promotions.
It tries to enforce a 50-50 split so no man or woman would be "left behind", per se, but the truth is, women are a bunch of picky, unsatisfiable idiots (the 80-20 rule). This results not only in said cunts debasing themselves trying to hook with the 20% Chads, it also gives the excuse for the rise of incels among the 80% non-Chad men, because society promised them a woman and they can't get any.
Not only they do a shitty work on that (see: single moms), with the technological advancements of our society, that basically means you, the expendable and stupid man, is working 9+ hours workdays (remember, you can't complain or else you'll get fired and your family will starve), while dear wife at home does the laundry using a washing machine, cleans the plates using a dishwasher, clears the dust using a vacuum cleaner, presses the clothes using an automatic presser, does groceries in 1 or 2 hours (if she doesn't use an app for that), and then she's free to sit in front of TV, drinking boxed wine, becoming bored, and then swiping left and right on Tinder to get some action while you're "having fun outside the PRISON that is this house!!!!".
