Can we stop with this meme of the media hating trump (for presumably ideological reasons)?

Can we stop with this meme of the media hating trump (for presumably ideological reasons)?

The pro-democrat media (mainstream media would include fox), don't give a shit about trump or ideology. They care about promoting sensationalist stories about Trump purely for ratings, because they know their viewer base hates him.
They don't have a set ideological mission from the heads of the companies, unlike fox.

They are just trying to hold onto their shrinking viewer base, funding from political (pro-dem) advertising, and ability to interview top democrats (don't criticize them or they won't come on your show)

You're right. The fact that the media has focused on him so intensely for a year and a half shows that they don't view him as a threat, if he was they'd be more likely to cover him as little as possible. Look at how little they covered Sanders compared to Trump. The handful of powerful corporations who control the mass media will do very well under Trump, massive tax breaks, and an endless stream of sensationalism.

Do you have brain problems?

exactly.
Trump is a media darling, great for ratings.
Sanders was a threat, and not great for ratings.
Sanders should have gone way farther left (full cooperativize of the economy, nationalize the banks etc) even if just for the media attention

The democrats are technocrats for wallstreet, literally no ideology besides what they can calculate will get votes (without upsetting liberal capitalism or profits)|
Thanks Obama for codifying the bush tax cuts and giving us romneycare

Sanders wasn't a threat. He fucking sunk his campaign as soon as he went hard on the аnti-white rhetoric, and became poison to White America outside of the contrarian brocialists.

...

Didn't a CBS exec say that Trump was a goldmine for ratings? With him in office it'll be even worse.

He could mobilize low lQ millennials and women who cared more about their gibs than their hole. That's it.

He'd have gotten his shitpussy gaped in the general.

i just want to see what the get is

Bernie would have won the rust belt over Trump. A lot of the people who voted Trump were working-class whites who traditionally voted Democrat but voted for Trump for his views on trade.

Every time I went over to someone's house I always heard something about Trump. Every single fucking time. It either the news or a commercial or just someone fucking talking about him.

It was so annoying.

The fact that you think that criminally out of touch, manipulative kike had a snowball's chance in hell shows how far removed from reality you are. One day you'll understand that Socialism can only work with a foundation of Nationalism.

Socialism + Globalism = Suicide (see: Europe)

lol?

...

You're far removed from reality if you think that people lining up to vote give a rats ass about identity politics. Do you have any data to support your claims of white people shitcanned Sanders after his gaff? The fact of the matter is that people will vote for whoever they think is offering them something substantial, Hillary offered nothing to anyone, which is why she lost. Sanders is different.

I know entry level political philosophy is hard for you Holla Forums, but do try. Social democracy is not socialism.

And either is nazism.

Liberals, everyone.

Sure Sanders is just a socdem but to act like he's the equivalent of Clinton is just silly.

One is a dangerous criminal who has committed treason.

The other threw their support behind a dangerous criminal who committed treason after swindling donors.

They really aren't that different.

That's a tad reductionist.

In the swing states that the Democrats lost, there were tons of people attending Bernie's rallies during the primaries, in contrast to the few that went to Hillary's. I have a hard time believing that the working class white voters didn't show up because Bernie betrayed them, rather than Hillary being a very shitty choice.

It's the truth. He cucked his supporters, and all of the "gaffs" he made during his campaign sure do look like he was controlled opposition from the beginning, to rally those millennials who would otherwise have never showed up, and then gracefully "lose" so he can throw his weight (and a percent of those supporters) behind Clinton.

Interesting theory but I believe his nods to Clinton like video related were a calculated strategy on his part. If he really went to town on Hillary about certain subjects like the e-mails the red-baiting and smear tactics from the Clinton-DNC-Media complex would be relentless. Probably a bad strategy on his part though, I'd perfered if he fought the hillshill tooth and nail, it worked well for Dorito hair.

Yeah, but you're forgetting how the "Trump" effect would've worked on Democrats. Just like many mainstream Republicans either didn't vote or voted for Hillary because of Trump being "too far to the right" for their tastes, a similar thing would've happened to Sanders. Then there's the Clintonistas dropping out.

It's funny how Holla Forums spent the election as the mirror image of Holla Forums with Bernie

I didn't say that you dumbass. Read, nigger. I said it was a bad strategy on his part.

I can't find it, but there's a Benjamin Dixon video, where he says in the same way Democrats have called every Repub candidate a racist, Repubs have called every Dem candidate a socialist. So now the words have little power.

Also, you're getting confused. Republicans didn't oppose Trump because of his ideology being "too far right". It's because he's a loud dumbfuck who proudly proclaims these policies.

There's no such thing as a genuine Clinton supporter. Very rare.
