The EU then spend 400 million to build next to that town a nature reserve and said it would create 2000 jobs; in the end in created temporary 40 jobs: cleaning the sporadic lodging homes within the reserve. This entire town would hang these EU bureaucrats, mark my words. They have openly turned against their own local governance for allowing that nature reserve land to be seized from farmers, and the providence national government are not welcome at all in the sense that they have issued public threats to them in the local regional media who tried to push the propaganda of the wondrous EU giving the town such a nice eco friendly reserve.

I think de facto balkanisation is impossible to avoid. It is literally the definition of a race war. I was homeless at one point and was literally in these exact places for a time, then I took a bus to the coast because downtown LA is the most hopeless place on the planet.
It was an experience for sure. It's not as violent as you would think, and I never got fucked with because I was white, which surprised me. Everyone is fucked and everyone knows it. Unless you start shit your probably not going to get fucked with unless you look like you don't belong there, like your not on the street. Still it's broken down along race lines, blacks hang out and sleep around blacks, whites with whites (though most avoid downtown), spics with spics, etc.
The guy in the vid is totally right. These organizations there take in millions and do nothing. They all have huge well paid staffs of councilors that do nothing but give out hand outs of "resources" which are nothing but more organizations with huge well paid staffs that hound out more hand outs. The do meals, which is why people sleep around them to begin with, it's where you eat.
Shit sucked and I got work online and got out of it. You can't get a normal job when your on the street. If you don't have a car you can't store clothes beyond what you can carry on your back, and you must carry all your belongings on you at all times. If you don't, they will get stolen immediately. You might be able to shower at some of these places that scam the city out of millions, but your going to have to show up at 6am and wait 6 hours. Same with laundry. All of this boils down to your not getting a job even at mcdonalds, there's no way you can show up and maintain an appearance.
I don't know what the solution is. I found work online, saved, and got the fuck out of the state to a place where I could afford housing. Most poeple aren't going to find work online though. You have to have shelters, where people can store a minimum amount of work clothes, and be able to shower and shave in the morning to be able to work.
The problem in LA is while there are a few shelters, their all for women. There are only a few men's shelters and the wait list to get into them could be years. That or they're rehabs, so your going to have to say your a drug addict or an alchoholic and get that all over your medical records to be able to stay there.
The "housing" programs are a joke. It's section 8 and your not getting into that unless you wait for 15 years or your a nigger with kids. This is why you rarely see female homeless, they know that shitty out a kid is their meal ticket. Once you get pregnant they fast-track you into section 8.
There's not enough section 8 housing anyway. There's like 50,000 homeless in downtown LA. They all congregate there because surrounding cities literally outlaw homelessness, it's legal in LA, you can sleep on the street between certain hours and you can only take up half of the sidewalk. In surrounding cities police will immediately show up and tell you to gtfo, so everyone gets pushed into downtown.
What you really need to deal with this problem is tent cities like we give to shitskins in third world countries. There's so many fucking homeless the only way to house them and give them a chance at finding work is huge tents with barracks / squadbay style housing. With the hundreds of millions they pump into that, you would think they could pull that off, but of course they don't, because they have turned homelessness into an industry. They all make money off of these government grants to provide "services". They loose that money if they actually get the people off the fucking street.

Alaska is likely to be cut off from the rest of us one way or another, making its resources moot, and California's loss of production of oil leaves only Texas as an production hub that MUST be retained. Without oil you don't have enough technology to stand against the might of the world that decides it wants to finish off what is left of the 'racist' whites whom dare survive the U.S. collapse.
If the rest of the world doesn't collapse you have to focus on retaining enough power to fend off potentially heavy armies which may be used to invade and quell problem areas. I lived there (Skid Row, Los Angeles, CA) for a year in a homeless shelter with my family. I was 16 at the time and it was pretty much the worst thing you could imagine. All the "help" couldn't help you unless you could cough up cash per person who stayed in the shelter. They'd kick you out for the day and if you didn't have any friends in the city you got to wander around like a zombie finding places that the ghouls didn't occupy. I just don't see the US military just being dissolved after the destruction of the US. My point is, which part of the United States will the military be loyal too? Because there will be various groups fighting plus an overarching remnant of the US government, so which group would the military support? The lack of gas will hinder the military, but there is still a million personal with highly advanced firearms, and I want to know who they will ally with. Obviously, Texas is important. But the North East is also incredibly important, they include some of America's most important ports and industrialised areas. They would be especially important if Europe is our ally, as the North East is the best place to send aid to, mostly because Texas can be blockaded by Mexico, Cuba and Florida. After the collapse of the US, and uprising in the west Appalachians, the East Appalachians will be cut off from food, which will weaken the area, enough for a stiff assault from the West to defeat them. I would also consider Louisiana an important state, but that can probably be bundled up with Texas.

They have to import most of their supplies, including food, and there's a lot of government corruption thanks to the Dem onslaught. When they projected that they were going to spend $400M on the Obamacare website, I wrote my senators and asked "what will this website give us that we don't already have or couldn't get with $1M in a medical account?" They had no answer because it makes too much sense to give every man, woman, and child in this country an interest bearing account with $1M in it for health expenses only. You could fund the fucking thing on interest alone. The cost is upwards of $1B now - at roughly $3.5M per person; illegal, legal, just died, just born, employed, unemployed, etc - and it's sickening. The money is there. It's been (((allocated))) to services that don't really need that level of funding a $1B website, for example ie womens shelter when the homeless population is mostly men.
