Hypothesis: this new Politico piece revealing DEA's Project Cassandra refers to the same thing as that "Fall of Cassandra", and the Wikileaks insurance file probably contains all sorts of top secret documents which are evidence about Obama and his Vast Leftwing Conspirators intentionally throwing a monkey wrench into the DEA's legit investigation into Hezbollah, in order to protect his Muslim Brothers in Iran and his foolish, treasonous Nuke Deal with the Ayatollahs.
