It was fine, I just went into an office and talked about my problems with the guy, it was actually very relieving. He gave me some strategies to try when I got angry so I could deal with it, and not bottle it up.
I punched 2 holes in my wall one day and then said to my mom "I need anger management." and she found me a guy and I went.
I would also just yell at kids in school for minor things like tapping on their desks or something.

start early and betray sparta before they make big alliances and vassalize them
then get the provinces north of you and defeat macedon
once greece is yours (you win this by spamming infantry and engaging in regular low greek combat) then u go for technology

athen's bonus is in their elite units

get chosen hoplites for a huge line with pikemen covers on sides and intermixxed with the hoplites
then have a logades line behind it within the walls of the pikemen
have a bunch of archers behind them
ur best choice in archers is either egyptian or knossos which makes elite archers, theyre a little greek province that will want to be your vassal once your strong
make sure to max artillery too

ur cavalry are like the 2nd strongest greek
just use them to flank on your static phalanx

General tactic I use anyhow.
I just remember you were Athens before, figure I may as well ask your build etc.

make sure to also get macedonian pikemen and spartan hoplites
give sparta gifts if youre rich so they can progress

I generally pack the center with pikemen, hoplites on the outer flanks of the infantry line and use infantry to pin the opposition as I encircle with cav or if they've(theenemy) compacted to attempt to break my center envelop with the flanks of the line
I was attempting a different palythrough with Parthia, but fucking horse archers such balls... well, unless you are fighting against them. But keeping on top of a horsearcher heavy army is just too hectic.
Infantry heavy armies are my jam.
