It's not impossible. Our society produces dysfunctional children. It's not crazy to believe that a young girl would turn to right-wing politics as an answer. That's pretty much what Holla Forums is, except Holla Forums is mostly young men.
Not everyone is an elaborately groomed agent. It's more plausible to believe that this girl has no identity, came from a dysfunctional family, and found meaning and validation in the "conservative" movement. Young women naturally seek acceptance. If her family was cruel to her then she turns to a community of internet strangers.

It doesn't work like that. Healthcare is a service that actual people provide. Actual skilled workers have to spend real time providing that service. It's going to rationed in some way; if not naturally by cost, then by waiting periods or review boards or vouchers or whatever. You could get cheaper healthcare by deporting all the shitskins and subhumans, but you aren't going to see really 'free' (as in unlimited) healthcare until we have AI doctors.

It's never free. At the very least it's paid with higher taxation, higher waiting times, or lower quality.
But having an actual state option is better than having medicare/medicaid that gives free health care ONLY to niggers and people who probably won't give much back to society.

That's unfortunate, but the laziness and access to technology that permeates modern first-world nations is the reason why that's so common these days. My girlfriends little cousin actually had a deformity of some kind (I forgot what exactly) because they constantly kept him in his seat.
