Best advice would probably be to not post openly on Japanese imageboards.

Remove the two pictures from your main page where you're wearing a tie, not because you're wearing a tie, but because they're low quality and you look too scruffy. Keep clean shaven. Shave every day. The picture where you look like you're on infowars is okay.

It's probably too late to make any significant progress on physical fitness, but start exercising more anyway. It's good life advice in general. You're not a pretty boy (not to imply that your opponent necessarily is), but if you had a lean and muscular frame and a well-chiseled jaw, I bet that makes a non-negligible difference in voting results. Don't underestimate the significance of superficial things.

First, I'd say your website is pretty well laid out, which is good. It looks like Ohio district 14 is a decent chunk of land and the population is ~750,000, so you've got a big chunk of people you'll need to reach. I'm guessing you're working with a shoestring budget at the moment, so you're initially going to have to resort to low cost actions to get some attention. You'll need to identify community hubs in your district where literature/fliers can be distributed/displayed that will give you the most bang for your buck. That will do a bit to improve your attention, but not enough on its own.

What you'll really need to do is make smart use of social media. I see your twitter and facebook are pretty barren right now, and fixing that should be the first priority. You need to build at least a little bit of social media presence by posting what's wrong with your district, its current representation, and your proposals. If Holla Forums can stop going "hurr fat" for 5 minutes, we can use our accounts to retweet you and give you at least some boost, but don't expect us to carry you, simply because we can't. We could help spread the word more than what you currently have, but you need to reach your own district's people to win.

The key is going to be being just a little bit spicy with your presentation and social media. A little bit incendiary to draw attention and get people fired up, but certainly not full Holla Forums (by the way, expect to have to deal with the question of why you were posting on Holla Forums if your campaign gathers steam). You need to identify key issues in your opponents' actions/behavior and call them out on it via social media. The trick here will be making it a little bit "memey" so that it catches on with people without going too far and turning it into shitposting or a joke. If you know of key problems with the incumbent that make good targets for this type of thing, tell us and we can brainstorm effective strategies on how to approach them.

Lastly, if you start gaining momentum, make sure you know your stuff. I see you have no political experience, which is fine, but you'll need to demonstrate enough knowledge about the process to assuage your voters' concerns that you don't know what you're doing.

The only addition I'd offer is to get a single decent photo taken to replace the slideshow, where you have "proper" (assertive) posture: straight back, shoulders back, and chin extended instead of down/inward, all of which would help exude a bit more charisma/magnetism (and photographically shave off a few lbs too).

I don't know the details of your healthcare business, but considering you say you built it yourself and it sounds like it's doing good work, I'd say this is something you should lean on when campaigning and in outreach. If people here "guy with no political experience running for Congress", they'll be wary. If they hear "guy with no political experience but who built up a successful healthcare business himself and thus has crucial knowledge of both business/economics AND the healthcare industry", you're in much better shape. Especially early on when you're still trying to build your campaign up and distinguish yourself from other candidate while showing your worth, you'll likely want to bring this fact about yourself up fairly often.

Think of how Trump had no political experience but was able to convince people that his business experience gave him an edge. You need to take that type of approach, but you have an even better advantage in that yours is related to healthcare, which is a hot button issue at the moment. Play your cards right and you can frame yourself as the only candidate with inside understanding of how the healthcare industry works and knows why current proposals are shitty. Couple that with being a successful business owner and a political outsider with a decently though not overtly Trumpian platform, you should be able to make yourself competitive once you gain enough attention to be a serious contender.

Speak in terms of how the issues are about Ohio, which you kinda do on your site, but then tie them to national issues occasionally. Remember this is a local state election.

Remove corruption from the federal government.

Introduce a new healthcare proposal superior to AHCA/ACA and cure the opioid epidemic.

Bring jobs to Ohio by eliminating tax loopholes and benefits for offshoring.

Inspire small business growth, bring new businesses to Ohio, and restore the middle class through tax reform.

Stop the federal government overtaxing Ohio by $20+ billion per year.

Restore America’s education system and ensure technological advancement.

Protect freedom of speech and net neutrality.

Keep the Great Lakes and environment prosperous.

Ensure the safety of America through cyber security, diplomacy, and fixing illegal immigration.

I think becoming a congressman is a little too high of a goal to shoot for considering you don't have any experience and you don't seem very well known, it might be better to focus on getting a lower position in local government and making a name for yourself then moving higher to the state government.
