Why would you need to provide any reason against cutting up a newborn? Not cutting your children for no reason should be the default. I go to a support group once a month for young men's sexual dysfunction, its probably 30% diabetics/peripheral neuropathy, 20% spinal cord injuries, 5% loss of penis in an accident (mostly mopeds interestingly enough), 15% botched circumcisions, and the rest is kind of one off causes and congenital stuff.

Its common enough in my province that I have 5 friends from the group I go to with virtually identical injuries. But, with mens health we just do not discuss this in any sort of public forums.
