Some of the joints are even too small for grout, with two tiles touching. To anyone who lays tile, this looks like a bit of a mess. Now based on the appearance of the cuts it's clear this man has a tile saw, so it would just be a matter of doing some fine adjustments here and there to make things fit correctly. I'd start with the upper corners and work from there. Clearly this hasn't been glued to a surface yet though, so perhaps this was simply an attempt to show roughly what the final product would look like before further refinement.
