Not a cross over but a collection of characters from Symphony of the Night in a new Soul calibur game. There are seven characters you can add from that game that would fit perfectly
You could also fit the entire cast of Weaponlord in a Soul Calibur game and considering Bandai Namco own both IP's this means there are no licencing issues to deal with.
