I'm a Christian, personally. A lot of the positive and negative statements on this board lead me to look at theology, eventually leading to learning what the tenets of the faith through a more Cartesian lens. First, I respected Christianity for the social good it brought throughout the faith's history. It's basically a recipe for successful positive interactions along with a self-destruct button for terrible societies. Then, folks like GK Chesterton and learning about the bible cinched my faith.
I would advise studying up on every faith out there and am confident you will come out a Christian as well. However, if you choose a different path, others can allow you to experience the glory of the world even if you don't find why. The one pagan I have met was a pretty good guy and a lot of atheists (who aren't huge liberal cucks) are also very good-hearted people. Actual Buddhists and Taoists have to go back for the most part (non-whites) but have a solid moral center, even if it's far too passive for my tastes. Every Hindu I've known has been a pajeet so not really sure about that. Vedic philosophy is worthwhile to study but the spiritual pieces never caught my interest outside of the study of myths.

Zoroastrianism is the best religion. It is kind of like Christianity but without the extra baggage. Ahura Mazda does never commands his followers to commit genocide or to enslave other people. Spiritualism would be the best. Spiritualism is about going your own way. Buddism was actually like that until they wrote it down. Buddism has in my opinion the mosts truths of all the common religions to it, but still do not go the way of others. Religions are just written down interpretations of people who had a godly/enlighnened experience. Seek those experiences for yourself rather than listening to what other peoples experiences were. They do not see the world as you do, god looks different to everyone since everyone experiences stuff thier own way. Start meditating, its a good way to get those experiences. Psychedelics can also help, but can also fuck you up if you abuse/misuse them. Studying knowlegde about the stuff you do beforehand is always your best friend. You can listen to wise words the sages of the religions have to say, but never blindly follow, always ask questions.
