They are brutal, YouTube relaxed a lot of it’s polices over the years before the fever kicked in and it went rabid. Twitch on the other hand started out militant and has ramped it up at every opportunity. One of the streamers I watch occasionally had his channel suspended for telling someone on chat to fuck off for wishing cancer upon him. It’s a tightrope walk for Twitch streamers, you need personality to gain a following (unless you are an attractive female) but if you display too much personality, if you behave to human, you will have all of your hard work taken from you in the blink of an eye.

For now I really think the game is up for most content makers, only the smart will survive and likely on reduced earnings. The machine is rejecting them. Things will balkanize, people will attempt to regroup over time but the machine will attempt to destroy anything that threatens their dominance.

For a kike owned company, Twitch has been very good for us. It's a big player in the evolution of media from centrally controlled degeneracy to personalized content. I never watch TV anymore but I do watch my favorite Twitch people. I've even met some irl and will see them irl again, though I digress.

The point is that with personalized content, people who are inclined to like wholesome entertainment will seek out other wholesome people. There's also matters of race.
