Hey everyone, this is a long post but it's important and I've put a lot of work into this so listen up.

I've just spent 4 hours watching a two hour video taking notes along the way to provide you with only what is absolutely essential regarding the hearing that was held on the Imran Awan situation by a house caucus today.

Here's the bare bones important stuff to take out. First and foremost if you had any doubts that the Imran Awan / IT Security guy for the DNC was a nothing burger, fake news, unimportant, or otherwise bullshit story I used to completely agree with you but let me be the first to tell you it's absolutely real and absolutely happening way more than any Clinton Foundation investigation ever will.

The Daily Mail has been the only good source of reliable information on this as they've had one very good dedicated reporter on the story since the beginning and his reporting has been thorough and accurate all along any other reporting should be read with a grain of salt.

The video has a three people panel talking to a few members of congress, most notably Jim Jordans though he doesn't play a big role in here. First the swamp is swampy. There is not a single investigative body either Congressional or DOJ doing a proper investigation into this situation - Everyone who is looking into it thinks the reason is nobody wants to embarrass the political class. We know for a fact that Nancy Pelosi and Paul Ryan knew full well that there was a data breach and funneling out of more than a terabyte of data from House servers well before the election and didn't say anything publicly because, ostensibly, they didn't want to cause an election hacking panic. They met and agreed both before and after the election to sweep it under the rug and not talk about the breach. It isn't clear to me why Paul Ryan wouldn't talk about it as it was strictly Democratic members who were impacted but there are a few not-so-bad theories regarding extortion, threats, or kick-back schemes that you can speculate yourselves. Bottom line - they knew and colluded to keep it quiet.

Not only Data but Money. Millions of dollars. Basically Imran Awan is in the middle of this plot but it's a fairly complex scheme he had working for a while. Staffers cannot be paid more than congress members however what Imran did was hire under himself as sub-contractors (basically though I'm not sure specifically the technical tax details of the arrangement) since 2004 a new member of his family or friends whenever he reached the "pay cap". Ostensibly he and all his "employees"/"underlyings" worked for a company called Cars Incorporated A (CIA). He was making $160k / year, and then hired his wife. when she reached the pay cap, he hired his son, then his brother, then brother's wife, then a family friend, etc.

This way while he's the only one doing any real work he was pulling $160k per member of the ring. So that's how they "stole" millions in salary. It should be noted that many members of congress knew full well that these "employees" never showed up to work or were incompetent at IT security and were over paid.

Also note that it is illegal for a member of congress to sign off on a falsified document (Such as a salary check for a 'ghost employee') if this gets investigated potentially up to 45 sitting democratic members of congress have signed paychecks, invoices, pay-back equipment vouchers, etc that were falsified each instance carrying a maximum sentence of 5 years (Or if its tied to an international scheme or terrorism 8 years) PER INSTANCE so that's every paycheck, invoice, etc for the last 10 years that this guy has been operating.

About that equipment/invoices - So Congress members can buy equipment as needed up to $499 w/o declaring the equipment in their inventory. Imran used his allowances to purchase cell phones, computers, ipads, etc and regardless of the cost of the equipment he wrote the invoice as $499 with a second invoice for the "warranty sold separately*" as the remaining balance. Understand he worked for multiple members at a time (Which is in itself a violation of House ethics rules but not a crime - sort of, we'll get to that.) and each member had a budget and each has to have signed off on his purchases (Falsified documents.) So he's essentially spending way more on equipment than he claims he is and yet nobody knows where this equipment is at. Seriously, at least a million dollars of equipment has gone "missing" over the last 18 months alone. Long story short it's mostly turned up in Pakistan being sold for cash to friends/family/anyone who's buying.

Now about the "working for multiple members" it's unethical and a rules violation but not criminal. However as he was in IT he worked with sensitive material, if not Classified (Though it may have been) certainty "privileged" information ranging from voter information (Names and in some cases SSNs, DOBs. Anything you've ever sent to your senator or discussed with them would be saved on their end, he had access to it if you're in a democratic region.)

What is illegal is for the data of one member to be stored on the same server as another member. Meaning if this guy is working for multiple people and at any point mixes the files in anyway, that's highly illegal. And he gets busted HARD for this. I'm not sure why specifically but an ex-congress man from California named Zavier Bashara's (sp?) (who's now the district attorney in CA) server was used by Imran as a bit of a centralized hub of information. Every congress member files he had access too were all funneled into this guys server by Imran. The FBI is aware of this and they are currently in possession of said server. That server specifically it is known funneled in and out multiple terabytes of data - which Imran initially claimed was "His daughter's homework and some family photos." (fucking lol, the FBI is so gonna fry his ass for an insane number of infractions.)

OK sorry this is a bit unorganized but just going off my notes: DWS was brought up in this hearing too. Here's where she comes in.

On Feb. 2nd 2016 around midnight the DC Police found a backpack "Mysterious package" left in a phone booth in some capital building (Rayburn something building?) after confirming it wasn't a bomb they searched the bag and found 1 Pakistani ID reading muhomo'd the pedo goatfucker Ashraf Awan; 1 copy of a driver's license for Imran Awan; 1 copy Front and Back of a congressional ID badge; an Apple Laptop with the initials DWS on the (lock) home screen; 5 composition notebooks with "Attorney Client Privilege" scrawled on the cover; and sever loose-leaf paper letters addressed to the US DA's office in DC discussing the apparent owner of the bag (Awan) being under investigation. [That passage is pretty much verbatim though admittedly I didn't understand what they meant b/c of how it was worded.]

The date this bag was recovered is after Imran had been barred from logging into the Congressional House network in any capacity but before he was arrested and fired by DWS on July 26th

Luke (The Based Reporter from the Daily Mail) was asked by Jim Jordan's what he thinks they should focus on and he responded that there are Two Key Issues here.
One is the obvious cyber and national security risk - how did we let this happen, we need to find out the extent of the damage and work to repair it all ASAP (Note, nobody in government except this specific committee has even looked at this issue even though house leadership of both parties have known since before the election.)
and Two is the House Oversight of Procurement: This guy got away with $6M in fraudulent salary payments to "ghost" employees and nobody noticed, and we've known for the last 18 months of at least $1M in equipment invoices and vouchers that were falsified and equipment has gone missing and nobody has been held accountable for it yet.

At this point it's also brought up that this guy would have been red-flagged to death had anyone at any time ever done a background check. Imran has millions of dollars in debt from loan frauds, has received hundreds of thousands of dollars in payments from a Doctor Atar (Who has known ties to Hez Bollah and is a fugitive on the FBI's list), and he has dozens of court and police reports filed against him for abusive, violent, and threatening behavior. One neighbor once said in a court filing against him; "My boyfriend treat me bad, not let me leave the house like a slave." - His step-mother has reported him for physical abuse and threats, etc etc.

This lead our Based Reporter to speculate that perhaps the reason some congress members haven't spoke out is that either 1: They're receiving kick-back money from this laundering scheme, or 2: he has all their data and may be blackmailing or extorting them.

Apparently this guy often roughs up, threatens and intimidates Pakistani and Iranian immigrants by telling them he's a Federal Agent and can get them in serious trouble etc to extort them for money or w/e he wants.

Reading these threads hits so close to home it makes me want to throw up.

My father was a victim of pedo rings in his youth. He started being raped when he was 6 and he was sold into sex slavery.

And another case in Haiti where he was involved in secret society ceremony with some kind of voodoo/black magic. People were sacrificing goats at some kind of altar, and then they would somehow regurgitate the entire goat out of their mouth. He also mentioned that the members of the society would drink the goat blood out of wine cups.

Eventually he ended up having a relatively normal life by his 20s, but because of his experiences he struggled with homosexuality and sexual addiction until his later 30s.

It's sickening to see how many other people have a similar story but nobody listens to it, or they just dismiss it as being lies.
