If not and you're curious but don't want to watch the shitshow I'll explain it: In the new killing game, every couple hours a sleeping agent in a bracelet everyone has puts them to sleep, but the traitor wakes up and can kill 1 person before going back to sleep. On the bracelet is also a deadly poison that is distributed if you break an arbitrary rule you are given, and Kirigiri's rule is broken if "Makoto Naegi is alive by the 4th round." Obviously he was alive at that point so she died from the poison.
