Also, every report of other gunmen and shooting is along that tram and monorail line. If an user could get a hold of a map that shows where the loops must be made to switch stations or from tram to monorail, those locations may coincide with where the witnesses report other gunmen walking around?

No part of blood on the carpet looks dry, you can clearly see that thinnest layer of it still reflects light. The thick layer gathered into the smaller blot because of increasing viscosity preventing blood from spilling further (I experienced same thing myself while treating own wounds - when spilled blood gains viscosity it stops spilling further).
