If you discount plugins and mini mods like Battlesizer, TweakMB and Arena Overhaul then probably Brytenwalda, SWC, Full Invasion 2, Mount and Musket and PoP. One of the Old West ones is good too though I forget which one.

1866 for the original M&B. There is an "1860s Civil War" or something mod for Warband, but it is bad. The guy who made it is pretty autistic and keeps splitting his attention over several mods instead of finally finishing a single mod.

On topic, Gekokujo and 1257 are my personal "best" mods. They're both pretty full of content, have big worlds, and I like the real world middle ages settings.

Like that fake screen-shot where (I think) a female player character is in a town, and receives a text encounter describing how somebody starts trying to finger her, and she can determine how to respond.

No physical animations though, because that would look awful with the game's models. But I'd imagine that a mod that only adds sex to the text portion of the game would be easier for someone to create, so they'd be able to be really comprehensive with it.

I'm pretty sure there was a mod that added a rape counter to the "You escaped your captors" screen.

The SOTSS and hentai mod for Warwolf both sort of do this: they have prostitution (going up to citizens in towns to offer sex for money and favor); the option to offer your body to your army to improve morale boosts morale in a limited way for larger armies (offering your ass as well increases the morale boost for larger armies by letting more use you at once); as well as sex with lords to improve relations (who will almost always turn you down and call you a degenerate whore that needs to get out), animations included.
In a few hours playing each, I wasn't able to find any way for a female PC to actually be raped though, despite a (raped) counter existing in the game.

the only good mod with guns is mount and musket because of the multiplayer laughs and drummers. Singleplayer with guns is a pointless hollow affair.

Are there any mods that really focus on ships and ship combat? Seeing footage like this makes me want to play it, but I know this mod is dead.

There's also Crusades that are a strange affair, as well as Aztecs to slaughter and castles to build. It's really in depth about a lot of things, but things like hunting are rubbish and deserve to be overhauled. I quite like the design of some places, especially the rather simple looking Cathar Castles. Climbing those stairs decked out in half-armor and a bucket helm is absolutely atmospheric, you're the valiant knight storming the dragon's castle, but the dragon is just a guy who doesn't eat meat or have sex.

If you can't recognize Ireland on a map, you have some serious problems.

like having evil/non-evil troops in phantasy calradia, or i think having dwarves/elves in warsword

If you are at war with a certain nation, troops from that nation will have a morale penalty, which increases the worse your relations are with a faction. If you have high honor, bandits will take a morale penalty (maybe, might have been a mod.)

Otherwise, no penalty for mixing. If you destroy a faction, you can use units from that faction with no penalty whatsoever.
