Dick actually dropped a massive drama bomb on the latest livestream. It was significant portion of the episode, to the extent that I suspect most, if not all, of it will be in the new episode. The last communication Dick had from Maddox was an email just prior to what what became the infamous final episode. Maddox wished to continue the show without Dick, and wanted to know if he would "step down" or if he "wanted to end the show." Dick felt, and I think many of us would agree, that there's no BPITU without Dick and Maddox, and so it ended. As far as the source of the animosity between them, it was more than just differences of opinion. Dick cited a few things that really put him over the edge, but the notable examples are:

When they did the Death/Hoverboard episode, they had some really cool artwork, which they had paid the artist for. Dick talked with Randy about doing a T-shirt and have a store for the show so they could continue to pay artists to make show related content. When he brought the idea to Maddox the next week, Maddox had already "bought" the artwork and added the T-shirt to the store on his xmission site. Huh.

At the start of the first episode sans Dick, with Asterios filling in, Maddox said "Dick couldn't make it" when in fact Maddox had asked Dick not to be there. Dick felt that was both dishonest and an insult to his dedication to the show, which he always made time for, no matter what.

Since the end of the show, Dick has had several other grievances, such as the podcast feed being redirected, the old site being deleted, and Maddox's comments about not saying anything about what happened to protect Dick's "personal and professional reputation" which he feels encourages people to speculate and imagine the worst about him.

What really made him just explode this week and drop all this info is the recent addition of the bonus episodes to the resurrected BPITU site. As many of us suspected, Dick and Maddox had an arrangement whereby the sales of the bonus episodes were split between them. Due to the way Maddox has moved everything over to a personal soundcloud account, (which Dick said he suspects is monetized) Dick no longer sees anything from that content. Dick mentioned that he'd been asked by almost everyone from the old show not to talk about this, so stay tuned for more drama.

There was a skit about strong single mothers who don't need no man getting depressed as fuck, one with a gambling father suddenly flying out the window (fatherhood = gamble), one about a teacher whose class was full of rowdy apathetic morons with no respect & it was like a dream sequence where he was trying hard to traverse the hell of the classroom to the other side but it was like pushing against a incline growing steeper & steeper (also he wrote a reference to WTC tower #7 on the chalkboard that was destroyed on 9/11 without any plane hitting it), there was a skit about tap water containing all kinds of garbage with references to an EPA disaster contaminating the water supply (in Flint, MI ?) & mocking all the taxpayers as fags taking it up the ass who did nothing about it because tap water, among other things, contains shit that kills testosterone rendering the male populace docile & incapable of revolting.

They put little hints in the background sometimes that reference "red pill" shit, but there's also more obvious things like name-dropping Moonman & David Duke just to get normalfags to go look up those names. (during that same skit he also called a crippled guy "Micromachines" which I'm told is a reference to Holla Forums's own Hotwheels)

Bits like kluwe and coffin laughing are still useless, dude, there are many parts in this conversation that you can take off. Again, you need to make it swift and immediate and obvious. Intel also gets investments, but career investors have absolutely no moral compass and would only pull out if Intel lost its market shares in the business to business market which is their bread and butter.
