Blu-ray can hold much more data than normal discs, which is why a lot of big multiplats on the 360 required multiple discs while the PS3 only needed one Blu-ray. Now, dual-layered Blu-ray discs can hold at max 50GB

First Halo was decent.
First CoD and the expansion were good.
First AssCreed was seen as a spiritual successor to PoP, was a new IP and thus given a passing grade because people hoped it would turn into a series which would improve with every new game.
