Roleplay is fine and encouraged but every time it gets lewd and the devs and I are thinking about shutting it down. IIRC the animation industry has some fucked up stories and history of poor treatments of artists animators. See: The1941 Disney animator strike. I am not up to date with what's going on with CGI and FX artists, but a few years ago I did attend a talk where it remained a somewhat divisive issue between artists who wants to be freelancers (mostly younger artists) and those who wants a guild of some sort (mostly older and established, with a family and such). Both have their pros and cons but the core issue may still be bad labor practices that still happens in current year.
