Nukemap gives you a rough idea of what the effect from an individual warhead would be like but shouldn't be taken as a guarantee of survival if you're just outside the range.

Although, if North Korea seemed about to launch multiple nukes, President Trump likely would be whisked away from D.C. so the Nukemap range estimate would be moot anyway.
