Washington County Judge Beth Roberts had allowed Barber to remain out of custody and had ordered him to report to the county jail by 7 p.m. the next day. But Barber never showed, officials say.
According to court records, Barber uploaded four pornographic videos of himself and the woman to nine porn websites. A Washington County prosecutor said the videos were taken while the two were a couple, but they were no longer together when the videos were uploaded. This should fall under the same statute that allows you to record a phone conversation. In some states, you're not allowed to record a phone conversation if the other party isn't aware that you're recording it. But in most states, you are legal to record any conversation you have with another person. That's how "revenge porn" should go. Okay so more context I know for a fact this isn't endo because the courts already have this info. The problem is he has criminal evidence against his ex-wife on a hard drive in his raid configuration, which the corrupt judge ordered to have destroyed. That's something none of us have access to so we can't really help him.
What happened with this case was his ex wife posted porn that he owned the copyright to, tried to frame him as the one who posted it but didn't need to because as a gesture of "see if I care, faggot" he posted them himself. Then she used this to nail him for revenge porn and here we are.
He openly tells people his full name and his address is public information, to be fair all of this could have been avoided but he really likes to poke the hornets nest whenever possible and he tends to get himself into shit.
