You have the Leader at the top and then you have the nordic council, which is composed of all the 'high ups' in each country. Each country has it's own sub-Leader (and the Leader is of course the Leader for his country also) with its own council. The country is geographically divided into nests with a nest leader. In Sweden there is 7 nests for example. Each nest has a number of 'kampgrupper' depending on the number of activists, necessity, geographical location etc., it's up to the nest. And each 'kampgrupp' has it's leader.

There has been a lot of drama in the past. The truth is that Sweden was one of the most racist countries in the early 90's, we even had an SD-light in the parliament. Then NMR showed up and those other nazi's and nationalism broke down. By the end of the 90's-early 2000's they could get thousands to go on a march every year and thousands the first year with hardly any time for planning, now they had to close down that march because nobody shows up.

Now they are screaming of joy when they get a few hundred to show up to a march on first of may after months of begging people to show up.

You'd have to talk to somoeone higher up in the movement to get a good answer but i tell you what i think is the reason NMR's organization works so good.

First and foremost there are very strict requirements on you to be able to become an activist. I'm not an activist yet but the movement spends alot of energy on teaching members about nationalsocialism and stretching the fact that if you are an activist(or just a member) you are the face of our struggle. Your bad behaviour reflects upon the entire movement.

Nobody that doesnt take this struggle seriously is rarely going to have the motivation it takes to get to activist level in the organization.

Becoming a nest leader or even groupleader is going to require of you to be real fanatic. To be openly nationalsocialist and to offer up so much of your freetime for the cause pretty much ensures the person is a nationalsocialist walking the walk so to speak.

There are also rules on how to deal with critisism of other members and leaders to keep the infighting to a minimum.

Everything is as decentralized as it needs to be and the activists have a lot requirements be be able to call himself activists. Physical fitness and minimum amount of activities etc. (there is a handbook for all this but there is no english translation). So on the low level there is bascially zero chance of any power struggle since the activists are very dedicated and even more so if you want to climb the hierarchy. Party members don't have a high chance of climbing the hierarchy. If there is a troublemaker he will most likely just get kicked out. On higher level there is no easy answer but the one I can give is just loyalty and discipline. The Leader have final authority and if you don't comply you are out.
One has to understand that one nothing to gain in joining NRM (seen from the system that is). So if you join NRM and dont want to follow orders you are in to wrong place.
No, not even close. But there are any other big groups relly. No that I know of. There is Nordisk ungdom (Nordic youth) but they are mostly based in Stockholm and aren't very big. I'll embed a video from them.
There are some drama from different pods and think tanks and so on but most see the bigger picture and realize that we have way bigger problems.
But there have been starting to brew some drama between NRM and a Motgift (Antidote) a webbradio/TV/forum/political analysys/etc website. But nothing serious so far.

In the US groups have a hard time getting over 5-10 members, and often the only requirement is to be white. With strict rules, lots of requirements, and limited hierarchical mobility how does NRM attract members? Maybe the US is just full of selfish and lazy people who aren't committed?

There are diffrent levels of membership. First you have economic support member then passive party member, which means you just go to the social stuff and pay your fee and then there active party member which you are before you can become an activist.
How to recruit members is the $1,000,000 dollar question. I don't know. I havn't built and movment.

I can't say i know what this guy is on about. The only "SD-light" party I can think of was the 'Ny demokrati' (New democracy) which was a neoliberalism party, which got like 6% at their peek. Then there was The Swedes party, 2008-2015, that tried really hard to go with a more PR friendly traditional nationalism approach but that didn't go as planned.
SD is a hardcore civic and kosher "nationalist" party and to say they are our only hope is to be quite stupid. But a lot grassroots and the ordinary voters are very much decent people.

There were a lot of productive conversations (at Almedalen) with younger people that showed up interested to learn even though they don't agree on all topics.
