Calling someone a 'lifestylist' means that you allege someone to have the naive notion that ethical consumption is possible in an unethical system like capitalism.

Someone who uses that term thinks that every effort to be an ethical consumer is just done for the individuals good conscience while not making any meaningful effort to topple the surrounding unethical system in the first place.
