I'm gonna spoonfeed you, because the anime has pretty great voice actors, and it's so far in that the pacing isn't really ruined by watching or anything. Gimme a few seconds to pull something together, because with a series this long, there's a few different subtitle groups you wanna stick with.

The anime has a lot of filler user, just read the manga instead.

Look up ONe Pace if you want to cut out the filler.

The pacing in it is fucking awfu. How can something drag on for so fucking long? And not to mention there were around a hundred episodes where they weren't on the boat. It was pretty much a reverse Berserk.

Filler isn't a issue for me. I wouldn't even be able to tell you what would and wouldn't be filler.

The VAs don't make up for QUALITY every 5 frames and pacing. It's embarassing. The best he can do is watch those first two hundred episodes to get a feel for how each character sounds. Don't get me wrong, the anime was good, up until a certain point.

The filler isn't the problem, it's the later episodes.

You can't skip the 6 minute OP, the stills, quality, nor the lack of actual content contained in each episode.

Nobody on the planet should watch the One Piece anime past Skypiea.

I think the anime is fucking stellar to the end of the Enies Lobby arc, and even after that it sure looks better than most modern shit.

Personally, I like One Piece because they don't fuck around with shit no one cares about. Yes, the plot is dragging on and on forever, but it's not because the bad guy needs to power up, or because they need to focus on romance for a few chapters. It's because there's so much god damn worldbuilding each and every week.

Well DBZ had filler that dragged out the fight scenes, constant rapid punching.

The filler with onepiece is 5 minute long intros followed with What happend previously then you got flash backs to remind you of stuff that happen some episodes ago and you got long ass screen panning and running segments.
