To answer your question, they're all kind of good, depending on what you want. They're all just difficulty mods that make it possible to catch everything, with vastly changed encounter rates.

If you're on a hacked 3DS, which you have to be to play these mods, there's a list of XY rom hacks in one of the OP's from the 3DS hacking threads, I think it's the pastebin that has a bunch of .cia files in it.

Oh, and all hacks, which are actually mods, have online capability, but 75% of online features are being scrapped in October to make way for the new game. GTS, Wonder Trade and Battle's are all that remains.

It feels like the DS games were the last evolution, or at least a good refinement, of the series. Somehow the 3DS games have gotten worse.

To be more precise top left is native, top right and bottom left are hardware and software renderer respectively and the bottom right is what happened before it got properly fixed, that was made way back when x432r was new.

x432r is depreciated, mainline does it faster and with less problems now, the option is named weirdly though but if you're using the latest SVN it's there.

Listen, mate. Some time ago I spent hours learning to mod Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus, just to put some nipples on a few 2D images. Shortly after, I figured out that the game itself is incredibly boring. But now I can't bring myself to delete it.

The DS and the 3DS both have the most trash tier resolutions I've ever seen. I don't even know how Nips can stand it. I'm playing MH3G in Japanese and it's fucking impossible to even decipher some of the more complex kanji thanks to the shit-ass resolution just turning the whole thing into a formless block. They must be running on pure "context" or something.
