Now schools have become no-go zones, parents are not simply allowed to go to a school and make a complaint, whenever they feel like it. Also there are dozens of laws which protect the teachers, staff, administrators, school board members, and disadvantage the parents of students and the students themselves. In the 1970's there were no police officers in schools.
