1) The only viable method of actually reverse aging someone with this is using a clone of themselves, or cloned blood.

So the long and short of it is that until someone develops a way to clone your blood cells (cloned tissue is essentially reverse aged) parabiosis isn't going to be practical for anyone except the most desperate people on earth, and even then they'll probably die before they successfully reverse age.
