Just booted it up. No graphics settings aside from anti-aliasing, anisotrophic, and shadows (with shadows being a yes or no).
Font seems fucky, text is slightly too big and sometimes gets cut off. Framerate is a rock solid 60fps on my GTX 760 and i5-4670k. Mouse and keyboard controls are actually fluid so far; no fuckiness with the mouse aim once you set the sensitivity to 100. Defaulted to 1080p and the load times are lightning fast.

It's an incredibly popular map to farm for weapons and armor on, and the only enemies that attack are exclusively melee. I personally use it to test out new weapons since the map is open as hell and the ants bunch together in large number.

This game is fantastic, and the port is fantastic. I haven't had this much fun in a long time.

Do not expect to be able to beat the first few missions on higher difficulties right out of the gate. Though it is one crazy shooter with big bugs and ayyliens, there's a bit more to it than that. In order to increase max HP, you need to walk over red crates, and you need to do this with all characters. Green crates provide new weapons and white crates provide HP.

Going on the higher difficulties gives you access to potentially get better weapons, but of course without more health and better weapons you probably wont be able to beat them. Besides that though, it's pure concentrated fun

you just hold lmb until it locks on, it takes 7 seconds though so its hard to get a lock before your target dies.

If it's the one I think it is, it requires a lock-on from a gadget the Air Raider can use before it will fire, not the weapon you use yourself. In other words, useless for solo play, so grab something else.

Card is an R9 270 if you're wondering, performance is a solid 60 fps so far. The only negative I've experienced so far is texture streaming when the level first loads similar to some Unreal Engine 3 games were you get muddy bloby textures before the the actual texture loads in.

Oh if you have a second monitor if you shift+tab to the steam overlay you can then just scroll over to the other window without it being a problem
