I take offense to the Neo-Conservatism brand.

The test has a very large number of flaws, particularly with regard to how it evaluates liberty. It stresses not actual rights - freedom of speech, right to assembly, right to bear arms, etc - but instead goes into things like gay marriage and the like, while not leaving open the option that such things are simply not meant to be state issues in the first place.

In my own personal evaluation the numbers on the Civil Axis should be switched, and perhaps leaned even more heavily on the Liberty side.

The Nationalist side should be further over to the right, as well. A number of the questions being asked, which I suppose pushed towards "global vs national" on the wording, were poorly done in that they ignored the economic aspects. There's a saying in Economics that trade helps everyone - but everyone else is just a side effect. It has nothing to do with how much it helps them. It has to do with how it benefits our own country.

The whole idea behind societal is flawed in that it somehow puts tradition and progress in opposition, when nothing could be further from the truth. Tradition stabilizes a nation for the purpose of advancement. "Social progress" has nothing to do with true advancement.

A few pics from different ones is fine - Anons are generally smart enough to find stuff on their own by Googling read:StartPaging it with just a picture. If someone really is that big of a faggot they can't, it gives everyone else a good chance to stone him with mockery until someone feels bad for the poor sod and posts a direct link.

But calling out every single thing as data-mining is not the proper way to go about things. It's a way to keep the board from talking about things at all, and it creates a divided community instead of a united one.

I don't have it saved on the computer I'm using now, but before Holla Forums split off and went even further off the deep-end, there was a census taken of the users. The number who identified as "National Socialist" was the largest, but it was still a minority. The various forms of reactionary would have had more sway in an actual Holla Forums congress. Conservatism as a whole was much broader, but just barely greater than "Libertarian"-type ideologies. And there was, amazingly enough, a few liberals sitting around.

Well, they're gone now. So instead of actually arguing with them, people go on the attack about random things. Since nobody actually talks about political theory and personal beliefs any more, and focuses more on production of memes and repeating the same tired jokes over and over again in "news" threads, there's a lot more people who have developed the attack-hound type mentality of lashing out at the slightest provocation, while within those threads.

To rephrase it another way:

In the past, there was a line of separation between serious discussion threads, world event threads, and humorous threads. That's gone now. Just like the political compass this one sucks ass, especially at social matters. Many questions need to have context. Answers can change depending on the situation and perspective, for example, should you base your answer on the current stand of things or on an ideal hypothetical? The questions need to put the reader in a imaginable situation, similar to a moral-dilemma type.
Whoever made this site was just a lazy ass, even copied some question from the political compass, its the same shit just prettier.

Also, can someone explain to me why progress is in direct opposition to tradition? Tradition is mainly the preserving of ideals, especially scientific progress has little influence on ideals.

A system of Duty to the welfare of the people forged into the soul of every citizen from birth should do that. But if it does not, State can be hoisted out of power or reformed by the People and leaders who have worked against the State can be publicly executed for their crimes.

This is one of the main things i have always wondered in authoritarian/empire style governments.

Lets say a leader like Hitler was in power until his death. He was great and worked in the peoples interest and all is well. What happens if the next leader is a faggot? Do we expect other higher ups in the government to take him out? We all know that in National Socialist Germany gun laws were a thing, and the people had the rights to own them. So do we expect the people to elect a new leader through civil war? Seems unstable. But i guess that is what creates great leaders and men.

After the Founding leader dies or steps down, a new leader is elected by the people from a group of candidates proven loyal to the State and the People from years of service to the State and the people. If they are bad leaders then they are not elected the next time. If they act against the welfare of the people they are tried and executed.

Also I should add that any production that does not matter to the welfare of the people (Luxury Goods) can be privately owned.

If the state is founded on the principle of resisting degeneration, and takes active measures against outside corruption, then the state will certainly be more resistant than a state that allows degenerating agents to control media, finance, etc. A little bit of effort goes a long way. I disagree with in that I believe the means of production can be privately owned, the state just needs to keep an eye on the significant players and replace them / nationalize if necessary.

Just like a strong leader is (usually) a product of the virtues of the society, and frankly the focus on a leader and the glorification of submission to him is very off putting to me.
