Interesting sidenote, I have a very very good childhood friend of mine that I've known for many years. Growing up hunting and fishing together, chasing girls, baling flatbeds of hay together. People need to stop getting into heavy debt. A little bit of debt is ok, but nowadays banks are starting to offer 90-100% credit for building a house, which makes you their debt slave for life.
