IIRC by 1943 Reich had their own version of Russian Orthodox Church going. And then there also was emigree Church (thoroughly Fascist, of course). Either of those might've given donations, but I wouldn't expect either to be significant.

Did the Church officially support Kremlin? Yes. Since the early 20s. There even was an episode when one of the church leaders got blackmailed by Bolsheviks - they threatened to publicly reveal his homosexuality, no less.
Was the Church paying money to Soviets? Yes. Income taxes and aforementioned donations. There even was quite a few disputes between Soviets and Church about this: priests were big on tax evasion (donations are hard to track) and Soviets were having none of it.
Did the Kremlin actually order Church to cough up the money or issue some quotas to meet? Not that I'm aware of.

I would say - depending on circumstances. I'm no Anarchist. First comes the abolition of private property. If we have to tolerate some (controlled) religious propaganda for this to happen, so be it. If Church goes reactionary (as it often does) - carefully destroy it (or subvert it, if its too big), without turning priests into martyrs.
