For example, we had a street in a middlesized town next to my village. The Turkish community in that area banded together and made sure they bought every piece of real eastate that came up for sale in that street and forced the new owners (who were Turkish) to never sell it to anyone but another Turk. Now the street is basically nothing but kebab shops and night shops. I went there a few months ago to get something from a night shop, never again.
