I don't know whether Sargon is alt-right or not. I don't know his views on nationalism. However, how someone can assume that his videos don't pander to the intellectual wasteland known as the alt-right is beyond me. He fucks up nearly everything he does from Feminism to Marxism (he thought that personal and private Property were the same). Anti-immigration sentiments, anti-multiculturalism and anti-pc are common topics within the alt-right and he touches on all of them in a way that plays into their rhetoric. Anti-PC is his main thing though.
