It was important to reach as many people as possible and to inform them, because I myself committed serious mistakes in my childhood and youth, which in the adult age can only be corrected with several surgical procedures. For interesting political reasons, the relevant academic disciplines which would have lead doctors and the public to this critical knowledge have been censored in the last 75 years.

The modern world is full of ugly people, but this is not genetic, it is Nature's revenge for our disharmonious lifestyles. In a single generation we could, simply using environmental factors, make essentially every adult beautiful.

Even if people are convinced that hair loss is genetic, I do not think that this is 100% true. There are undoubted cases that are genetic, but in my opinion, this is only a very small percentage of humanity. Most people nowadays underestimate food and physical exercise. These two factors play a very important role, even if others have a completely different opinion.

Food rich in zinc, B vitamins, C, D3 + K2, B3, B12, A, fiber, omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and clean protein can stop / prevent hair loss. This also applies to other internal as well as external diseases. Healthy fats should not be forgotten.

Avoid sugar-containing food, refined carbohydrates, soy, wheat, conventional meats + fish, trans fats and pasteurized dairy products as much as possible.

In my youth, as many others, I watched daily pornographic material on the Internet. Today I would say I was addicted at this time. It was much easier to watch such movies and satisfy my sexual desire for a short time, instead of speaking to women outside the computer screen and making real experiences.

I can certainly say, that I noticed tremendous physiological changes in my body when i change my diet for the better. I cut ALL soy products, and in return I saw my jawline shape out (I have ever had much of one prior, despite being in shape)

It is much less taxing on the liver, metabolic system, hormonal profile, and a host of other areas. It makes your bones denser and harder, and you can retain all your gains during a cut, and you can even do the legendary "lose fat build muscle" all at once, without the need for bulking/cutting. They are a still legal, less intrusive steriod. I used Ostarine back in my degenerate lifting days…its fucking effective. I ran 2 8 weeks cycles with a 4 week recovery/PCT in between, and another PCT after. I gained approximately 7 pounds in lean muscle mass. During the cycles my body felt powerful, fast, responsive. I probably would have done it again but I could not buy anymore from the source I trusted, and by that time I was getting red-pilled and stopped doing drugs in general. Now, I would strongly advise against doing them, but at the same time I remember how effective they were. Yup, it did return to healthy levels, that's why you do a PCT, or post cycle therapy. I used a ready made blend from a supplier that I'm not gonna name here, its also where I got the Ostarine. That being said, these drugs can have serious side effects, and I didn't really know or care what I was doing to my body at the time. All I cared about was glutes for the sloots. Who knows what's lurking in my future, that's the risk you take on a drug that is still very new and not thoroughly clinically tested. Keep in mind too, it won't just put muscle on your frame for nothing, you still have to lift and eat appropriate amounts of protein (1g/lb of your body weight). So you might as well just lift naturally; you'll still get muscular, it will cultivate discipline and patience, and the victory will be yours, and yours alone. Rarely in this life are there shortcuts without consequences.
