So from the basic concept of the book thats been brought up in the thread it's essentially about the idea that language shapes thoughts, how you think and how you perceive the world.

Specific words will have denoted particular things. Tiger, mammoth, berries, etc.
Conceptual words will have been more about vague notions that can cover multiple things.

I used to have The Language Crystal book, I picked it up for $5 at a yard sale. I read it through and through and kept it a few years, but sold it on Amazon for $70 when I needed some cash. It does have some good information, but yet some chapters read like the ravings of a schizophrenic.

If you're interested in the Language Crystal then you would also be interested in the Angelish Dictionary. John Sacelli created a sort of esoteric working-system and tarot-type cards based on Angelish, which he developed after reading the Language Crystal.

John Sacelli is on jewbook and he's pretty responsive. In fact, if you asked nicely he may even have a copy of the Language Crystal sitting around to scan.

Even if it expensive or if you can get your hands on it then read it. I don't know how many of you read but it dosn't hurt to pick up a book, not your tablet or phone an actulal book and read. Except liberal books that burning matrial. If the book focuses on languge and how each word has it power then most likly it a good read.
