I'd say it's about equal to vegetarianism. The reason it's in the top tier is that it's both an expression of the aryan soul, companionship with animals, a triumph of the will, a test of discipline and a cleansing spiritual act. Notice that not all vegans are equal, soygoys are at the bottom.

I've already gotten gains and I will get many more. But then I'm a vegetarian, still, it's not impossible to get buff with a vegan diet, it's just hard. Chugging pea protein powder and eating a lot of beans, lentils, peanuts and so on should be enough. It being hard is kind of the point though, having the willpower and morals to go vegan and still get gains is a show of the virtues of the true aryan.

Peanut butter has about the same protein content as steak but then I never said anything about only eating that. With a thoughtfully planned diet I think a vegan could get more protein than the average meatcuck.
