Let me explain it in the simplest matter possible then:

It takes a lot of text to wrap around on an imageboard More than a regular forum or whatever. As a result, a person who is a complete newfag will look at what they would chop into a block on another website and deem it to be a good place to cut off the text. This is especially bad when dealing with situations like Reddit where you have fucked up spacing even in the actual posting block itself. People like to chop ideas apart, because this is how they are taught to do things in school. However, as someone who has taken actual formal writing can tell you, this is not always appropriate. This paragraph, for instance, could be chopped up into ideas of "website types" and "text wrapping" and so forth. This is how you may divide it up on a site like Facebook. This would be a mistake here and makes it clear that you do not belong. The whole idea being communicated here is the same - explaining what you are calling a meme.

There is another aspect to this, and that is how images are posted. When you post a single video, image, webm, or whatever else, as is the typical thing to do on an imageboard, it will create a block. Your post will now wrap around on the right of this. As a result, when you are formatting a long post while you have a reaction image of some kind, you will want to abridge the earlier paragraphs while ensuring that the latter ones are a bit longer in overall content in order to keep a consistent visual portrayal of things. This is not a hard and fast rule naturally, but it is one that should generally be observed when attempting to portray oneself in a professional manner. Or, at the very least, to make oneself appear as if they have not only been posting on imageboards for a couple of months at the absolute most. Truth be told, this would not be a problem if people would just follow the fucking rule of lurk moar faggot and if the fags on here would actually make that abundantly clear. Yet with such a small userbase and a huge flood of people coming in for the election, it is something that we have unfortunately been forced to deal with.

It's the reason why a lot of people wanted Trump to take someone like Mad Dog as a VP - if Trump went down, someone "worse" for the left would take his place. With Pence there, if Trump goes down, it means that someone "better" is able to take up the reigns. This is a very dangerous scenario. However, the one thing people tend to forget is that a person can be changed. If Trump manages to convince Pence of the proper way to see things, and treats him well, he could create a viable backup. That is what we need to have.
