We foreclose and kick people out on the street yet simultaneously we have an excess of what they need. This also applies to other things, like food, where we throw out about 1/3 of what we make.

So keep buying into the scarcity meme, but recognize most of it is artificial. LIkewise automation, which gets better every year, will only make things even more available.
