pvk2 is better, the physics are more interesting, the same momentum gimmick is still there (but better thanks to the over the top physics), the balance is better and allows for each class to be viable and uniquely powerful in their own ways, the humor is great, the levels are excellently designed, and it's free. It's actually designed like a game and not an autistic mouse spinning simulator.

I don't think you should be calling chivalry the best of its genre when it seems you haven't played very many first person melee games.

You try to trigger him and get him to make mistakes. It's all about outplaying a real human being. RTS games are all about strategy. You don't need egg whites to make stable whipped cream.
Simply add a few tablespoons of powdered sugar to the cream before whipping. The powdered sugar has corn starch as an anti-caking agent, which thickens the cream as it's whipped.
Add some vanilla extract before whipping and you've got yourself Chantilly cream, which is superior to whipped cream for traditionally sweet dishes. This goes well with any berry.
