These low budget animated movies are so much more entertaining to the live action capeshit being released. Comic lore can either be stupid and fun or serious and dark. Either way they need to be sensory porn. Actually, WB is only cheap with the DC films, and even then, some of them get proper budgets.

The Scooby-Doo, Tom and Jerry etc films look better because the art style is cheaper to animate so they can get it done better on their budget.

WB/DC need to drop this style, and I think they will soon as the films that haven't used it have been much better in sales and reception, except for Gods and Monsters, which was the best of their films despite selling the worst.
